Welcome to maestroai.mx. This website (the "Site") is operated by Maestro AI, LLC ("Maestro AI", "we", "us" or "the Company"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with its registered place of business in the State of Wyoming.
By accessing the Site or purchasing any product or service, you accept these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site and do not purchase our products.

2. Products and services offered
Maestro AI offers digital products including, without limitation:
- E-books in PDF and EPUB format
- A plugin of specialized AI agents, distributed as a downloadable file
- Updates, corrections and supplementary content related to the above
Products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Gumroad, a United States platform that uses Stripe as its payment processor. Maestro AI does not store credit card data directly.
Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Any currency conversion at the time of charge is performed by the issuing bank of your card.
3.1 Regarding CFDI invoicing (Mexico)
Maestro AI, LLC does not issue Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales por Internet (CFDI) under the regime of Mexico's Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT), because the Company is not a Mexican tax resident. A purchase is treated as the acquisition of international digital services. For tax purposes, it is your responsibility to report that acquisition in accordance with the law of your country of residence. Consulting an accountant is recommended.
4. License of use
4.1 Books and editorial content
Upon purchasing a Book, Maestro AI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and limited license to download, keep and print copies for personal use, and to quote brief excerpts with proper attribution.
The following is not permitted:
- Reproducing or redistributing the Book for commercial purposes
- Sharing the file publicly
- Modifying the content and attributing it to Maestro AI, or presenting it as your own
- Using the content to train artificial-intelligence models without authorization
4.2 Agent plugin
Upon purchasing the Plugin, Maestro AI grants you a license for personal or professional use within your organization, with no right of resale, redistribution or sublicensing.
The following is not permitted:
- Reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the Plugin
- Reverse engineering it to extract internal prompts or operating logic
- Replicating the brand or identity of the Agents in competing products
- Using the Agents for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or discriminatory purposes
5. Intellectual property
All content of the Site, the Books, the Agents, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, source code, prompts, architectures and visual identity are the exclusive property of Maestro AI, LLC or of its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual-property laws applicable in the United States and internationally.
5.1 Third-party trademarks
The trademarks mentioned in our products (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Google, Gemini, Meta, Llama, Microsoft, DeepSeek, Mistral, among others) are the property of their respective owners. Maestro AI is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the companies named.
6. Returns and refund policy
6.1 Digital books
Because these are downloadable digital products, sales are final once the download is complete. Nevertheless, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase: if the Book does not reasonably deliver what was promised, write to hola@maestroai.mx and we will process the refund, with no explanation required.
6.2 Agent plugin
We offer a 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If the Plugin does not work technically, or does not reasonably deliver what was promised, write to hola@maestroai.mx. The guarantee does not apply if the user breached the license, resold the product, or reported the purchase as fraudulent after downloading and using it.
7. Support
Support is provided exclusively by email at hola@maestroai.mx. Reasonable response time: 48 business hours. We do not offer support by WhatsApp, social media or telephone.
8. The nature of artificial intelligence and its inherent limitations
8.1 Statistical nature of the models
The user acknowledges and accepts that the Agents, and all content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence provided by Maestro AI:
- Are statistical and probabilistic systems, not deterministic ones. They operate through mathematical models trained on datasets.
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, out-of-date information or "hallucinations" as an inherent consequence of that statistical nature.
- Are not definitive sources of truth and do not replace professional judgment where professional judgment is required.
8.2 Mandatory validation by the user
It is the user's sole responsibility to validate the accuracy, currency and applicability of every output generated by the Agents or contained in the Books before relying on it, particularly in contexts such as:
- Financial, tax or investment decisions
- Legal, contractual or regulatory matters
- Medical diagnosis, treatment or advice
- Information-security or physical-security operations
- Any context where an error could cause material, economic, reputational or personal harm
Maestro AI strongly recommends that outputs relating to those contexts be reviewed by qualified professionals holding the corresponding license or professional credential.
8.3 What Maestro AI does warrant
Maestro AI warrants that:
- Its Agents will produce structured outputs consistent with the prompt-engineering practices documented in its Books
- Proper use will help reduce the time spent on tasks that would otherwise require greater manual effort
- Products will be delivered operational and downloadable as described on their sales page
- Reasonable updates to the Plugin will be delivered at no additional cost when they are available for the version purchased
8.4 What Maestro AI expressly does NOT warrant
Maestro AI makes no warranty and no representation as to:
- Financial, commercial or other results arising from the use of the products
- The complete absence of errors, inaccuracies or "hallucinations" in the outputs
- Fitness for specific use cases not expressly documented
- Compatibility with every workflow, system or configuration of the user
- That future versions will contain any specific feature or improvement
8.5 Continuous improvement
The Agents and Books are updated periodically. Future versions may offer greater accuracy, coverage or capability; however, the version purchased carries no warranty of such future improvement, and the user purchases the product in its condition as of the time of purchase.
8.6 "AS-IS" delivery
The Books and Agents are delivered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without express or implied warranties beyond those expressly acknowledged in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maestro AI disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8.7 Express acceptance upon purchase
By purchasing any Maestro AI product, the purchaser expressly acknowledges, understands and accepts the statistical nature of artificial intelligence described in this section, and releases Maestro AI, LLC, its managers, employees, contractors and affiliates from any liability, claim, demand, loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from decisions made on the basis of the Agents' outputs or the content of the Books.
This release does not apply where applicable law does not permit its exclusion, such as gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, strict product-liability damages under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or basic consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
8.8 General limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maestro AI, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products.
Maestro AI's total liability shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific product giving rise to the claim, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to the Site and the products
Maestro AI reserves the right to modify, update, suspend or discontinue any product, service or section of the Site at any time, with or without prior notice. Updates to downloadable products will be delivered to the user at no additional cost when available.
10. Prohibited user conduct
The user agrees not to:
- Use the Site or the products for illegal or unauthorized activities
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or its systems
- Create false accounts, impersonate others or evade blocks
- Use the Agents to generate illegal, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory or defamatory content
- Resell or repackage our products without written authorization
11. Termination
Maestro AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access to any product in the event of a material breach of these Terms. Where access is terminated for cause, no refund will be issued.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming, USA, or, at Maestro AI's election, through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Arbitration shall be on an individual basis; the parties waive any right to participate in a class action.
13. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maestro AI, LLC, its managers, employees and affiliates against any claim, demand, loss or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the user's use of the Site or the products in breach of these Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Maestro AI, LLC with respect to the use of the Site and the products, and supersede any prior agreement.
16. Changes to these Terms
Maestro AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after a modification is published constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
